JGI - Why Sequence Sweet Orange?
http://www.jgi.doe.gov/sequencing/why/3128.html

---

To obtain JGI sweet orange genomic sequences corresponding to a citrus ESTs:

1) Do a BLAST search at  the server : http://harvest-blast.org/

In the Database box at the top of the page, select "JGI Citrus".
This will return the BLAST hits

2) To fetch the actual sequences, go to http://harvest-web.org/utilmenu.wc?job=JGI_Citmenu

This allows you to enter a text file of sequence ids and retrieve the sequences.

Coming soon, a multi-hundred locus gene-specific map of C. sinensis, with synteny to Arabidopsis and Poplar.
